Holiday Shipping
We suggest choosing expedited shipping during the month of February to guarantee the delivery of your order. Expedited shipping rates will apply.

Shipping
For your convenience, Pens4Less offers four methods of delivery (ground, 3-day, 2-day and overnight). We ship our ground packages through UPS, and our 3-Day, 2-Day, and Overnight packages through FedEx (our prices are listed below).

At this time we do not ship to PO Boxes (unless you are only ordering refills which are shipped through regular US mail). If you would like an order shipped to an APO* or AE* box we can do so but please note it will be anywhere from 2-4 business days before it is sent out.

International orders, see below

*Items being shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will be more. We will enter your address in our UPS or FedEx system and let you know how much it will be depending on what shipping method you choose.
*Not all items can be sent to an APO or AE address. Shipping prices may vary as well. Please email us before placing your order.

Refill Shipping
Shipping for refills under $50.00 total order will be $2.00. Exceptions are: Ink bottles ($8.50).   Ink bottles will be sent via UPS ground. Refill orders over $50.00 must be sent Ground ($8.50) to insure a tracking number.   Refills are sent through First Class Mail (unless you select a different type of shipping) and may take up to 14 business days (as stated by the post office) to arrive.

International Shipping
At this time we have suspended International Shipping except for Canada. Please contact us via email at Sales@Pens4Less.com to inquire about shipping to an international address before placing an order. As soon as we have your information we will then let you know if we can or can not ship to the international address you provide us with. If we are able to ship to your address, then you may place your order over the internet. Once we have your order we will email you a shipping quote. All funds are payable in U.S. funds.

Complimentary Wrapping
We would be happy to gift wrap any purchase at no additional cost. All gifts are wrapped in a gender-neutral paper and bow. If you would like an enclosure card to accompany your gift, please fill out the appropriate area on the order form.
Engraved Cross items cannot have a gift card included and cannot be gift wrapped due to the fact that they are being shipped directly from the Cross Company.

Engraving
Cross writing instruments can be engraved at no additional charge. Please specify script or block lettering. There is a maximum of 22 characters, including spaces. Engraved items cannot be returned. Orders for engraved Cross pens must be done over the internet. It takes 2-3 business days for the engraving to be done before the order is shipped out, but during the holiday season please note that it can take 3-5 business days.

Payment
Our form of payment is through credit cards or debit/check cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo only. At this time Pens4Less does not except any form of check (i.e. personal, cashiers, money order). Your billing address must match the address on file with your bank or credit card company in order for us to ship the merchandise to you.

Returns
In order for Pens4Less to continue to offer the best possible prices, it is necessary to adhere to our return policy without exception. If you have any questions regarding our policy, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Returns are accepted up to thirty (30) days from the invoice date. Engraved items may not be returned Returns must be in new condition, with all original accessories and packaging included. When returning items, please make certain that they are packaged properly and insured for the value of the item. When sending back an item, please include a copy of your receipt and a note stating what you would like done (i.e. exchange or credit).  Please note that we do not refund for shipping.

We’re sorry, but fountain pens that have been filled with ink will not be accepted for return.

Repairs
Pens4Less does not offer a repair service at this time. Repairs of pens must be made directly through the manufacturer. Please email us at Sales@Pens4Less.com and we would be happy to give you any information we have for company repair centers.
